摘　　要：本文对５７例偏头痛发作期和间歇期的患者进行了血中的血小板活化因子、血栓烷Ｂ＿２、６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ＿（１α）测定。结果与正常组比较有显著意义。提示这三者参与偏头痛的病理过程，为临床治疗提供了依据。In this paper platelet activating factor TXB2 6-keto-PGF(1α) in bolld in migraine were measured at seizure and intermittent respectively. The results have remarkable significance in contrast with controls. The study suggests that the three take part in the pathological process of the migraine, and provides basis for clinical treatment.
