狗实验性脑动脉血栓栓塞应用Svate-Ⅲ及尿激酶介入溶栓治疗观察

摘　　要：本文应用３６条土杂狗自体动脉血１０ｍｌ，在体外２小时后制成２×２×１０ｍｍ血凝块，用Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ’ｓ方法经皮穿刺股动脉将６．５Ｆ端孔多用途导管插入颈内动脉。将已置备血栓凝血块注入脑动脉，在证实已形成脑动脉栓塞后３０’、１～７小时经导管分别注入Ｓｖａｔｅ；０．０５ｕ／ｋｇ或尿激酶０．４万￣ｕ／ｋｇ，作脑血管造影观察溶栓效果。结果证实Ｓｖａｔｅ－Ⅲ能使血栓栓塞后６小时内脑动脉内血栓栓子溶解，尿激酶则为５小时内可使脑动脉内栓子溶解。对两药治疗脑动脉栓塞疗效及机理作了探讨和比较。Thirty-six dogs were successfully treated with interventional technique。Svate-Ⅲ at a dose of 0. 05u/kg and UK at a dose of 4000u/kg were administered at 30 min and 1～7hours of cerebral artery obstruction. Angiography was performed either before or after UK or Svate-Ⅲ administeration and either before or after cerebral artery obstruction. In this study of reperfusion at six hours and that UK developed reperfusion at five hours in cerebral artery obstruction. The mechanism and curative effect of the in-tervention treatment with thrombolytion were discussed.
