脑胶质瘤P^（53）蛋白表达的初步研究

摘　　要：作者随机选取２２例星形细胞瘤（其中Ⅰ级６例，Ⅱ级８例，Ⅲ－Ⅳ级８例）的新鲜标本作冰冻切片，然后采用抗Ｐ￣（５３）单克隆抗体ｐＡｂ２４０，按ＡＢＣ法作免疫组化检测。结果发现星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白表达阳性率为０，Ⅱ级阳性率为２５％，Ⅲ～Ⅳ级阳性率为５０％，三组间的阳性率有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文还讨论了Ｐ￣（５３）基因的生物学特性及其与临床的关系。The authors selected fresh frozen specimens from 22 patients with brain astrocytomas(6cases for grade I,8 cases for grade Ⅱ,8 cases for gradeⅢ-Ⅳ)randomly and analyzed the expression of P53 protein immunohistochemistrically.Anti-P53 mono-clonal antibody PAb 240 was used,which is characteristic to mutant P53 protein,the lev-els of P53 protein expression was investigated by ABC kit. The result showed that the positive rate of P53 protein expression was 0 in astrocytoma Ⅰ,25%in astrocytomaⅡ and 50%in astrocytoma Ⅲ-Ⅳ.The difference among the three groups was significant(P<0.01).The authors also discussed the biological characteristics of p”gene and clin-ical relation.
