摘　　要：本文对４２例脑卒中患者的周围血和脑脊液白细胞数进行动态观察，发现用者白细胞数与脑卒中病情严重程度及预后间存在一定的相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；白细胞数增多常发生在发病后４８小时，７２小时达到高峰。本文根据临床观察结果，来探讨白细胞对脑卒中的作用机制。We counted the number of the leukocyte in the peripheral blcod and thecerebrospinal fluid of 42 patitents with recent stroke,and found out the relation-ship betweenthe number of the leukocyte and the serious,the prognosis of the patients (P<0.01).Peakleukocyte pleocytosis occurred 48-72 hours after the onset of stroke(P<0.01 ).We used theresults of the clinical observation to inquire into the mechanism of the leukocyte in stroke.
