翼管神经阻断治疗泪溢症的临床研究

摘　　要：翼管神经阻断抑制或减少泪液分泌在眼科领域首次用于治疗泪溢症为一新的探索。用无水酒精阻断翼管神经治疗泪溢症41例44眼。随访时间为8个月～9年（平均为4年7个月）。治愈33例35眼（79.5％），有效3例4眼（9．1％），无效5例5眼（11．4％），总有效率为88.6％。此项技术具有操作简便、疗效可靠、安全性大、无并发症等优点．从而为难以治愈的泪溢症开辟了新的治疗途径。并对其作用机理及疗效等问题作相应的讨论。Blockade of vidian nerve (B. V. N ), Which is used in treatment of epiphora by means of inhibiting or decreasing tear secretion, is new explore in the ophthalmology. The paper performed B. V. D on44 eyes 41cases using absolute alcohol with satistactory results. A were followed - up from 8 months - 9 years (average 4 years and 7 months ). 79. 5% (35 eyes 33 cases ) of eyes achieved cure, 9.1 % (4eyes 3 caces) of eyes effective,11.4 % (5 eyes 5 cases )of eyes non-effects. total effective rate was 88. 6%. B. V. N is a new simple safe and relianse therapy with without any complications. The theory effective mechanism and curative effects of B. V. N with relerant the problems were discussed. Theroby B. V. N has opened up new the way of treatment for epiphora.
