55例白血病祖细胞体外生长类型及其临床意义的探讨

摘　　要：本文研究结果显示白血病祖细胞体外生长可以分为３种类型：依赖生长型、不生长型和自发性生长型，其中自发性生长型的白血病患者临床预后较其他类型差。According to our research the growth of leuemic progenitors(L-CFU)in vitro may be divided into three groups namely,dependent growth type,non-growth type and spontaneous growth type,The spontaneous gowth type was correlated with a poor response to chemotherapy.
