急性白血病患者胰岛β细胞功能的研究

摘　　要：用葡萄糖氧化酶法放射免疫法分别检测５０例急性白血病患者胰岛β细胞功能，以阐明糖代谢障碍机制及其对治疗的影响。１４例治疗前口服葡萄糖耐量试验（ＯＧＴＴ）呈糖尿病曲线，胰岛素和Ｃ肽释放延迟，治疗后６例恢复正常。５例治疗前糖耐量减低，胰岛素和Ｃ肽释放减少，治疗后恢复。５例治疗前的ＯＧＴＴ等正常，治疗后糖耐量减低，胰岛素和Ｃ肽释放减少。１６例治疗前后ＯＧＴＴ等正常。５０例抗胰岛素抗体阴性。４７例检测了红细胞胰岛素受体结合率均明显高于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．００１）。Using enzymatic assay and radioimmumoassay,we studied the functional status of pancreatic islet βcells in 50 cases of acute leukemia,14 cases who revealed diabetic curve and delayed insulin and C peptide release before treatment restored to normal after therapy in 6 patients.5 cases with impaired glucose tolerance and decreased insulin and C peptide release before treatment showed normal after therapy.5 cases with normal pretreatment values disclosed abnormal posttreatment results,The remaining 16 cases displayed normal results before and after treatment.Anti-insulin antibodies were negative in all the 50 cases.The red cell insulin receptor-binding rate analysed in 47 cases was significantly higher than that in controls(P<0.001).
