内因性葡萄膜炎的血清免疫学改变

摘　　要：对156例内因性葡萄膜炎患者进行常规血清免疫学检查，结果发现抗链“O”阳性率为14．7％，类风湿因子阳性率为10．3％，C反应蛋白阳性率为12．2％，抗弓形体抗体阳性率为11．5％，血清IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4含量与对照组比较未见明显改变。The sero-immunological examinations of 156 cases of endogenous uveitis were conducted. The results showed that the positive rates of anti-streptolysin 0 and rheumatoid factor were 14. 7% and 10. 3% seperately. The positive rates of C reactive protein and antitoxoplasma antibody were 12.2% and 11. 5% respectively.The serum levels of IgG, IgA,IgM and complement component C3, C4 were not significant changed than that of the control group.
