摘　　要：采用玻璃体腔内注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离49例（53只眼）。视网膜复位42只眼（79．2％），其中术后视力增进29只眼（69％）。讨论了注气的适应征和影响机网膜复位的因素。53 eyes (49 cases) of retinal detachment due tomacular hole were treated with intraocular gas tamponade. Retinal reattachment was 42 eyes (79. 2%) in follow - up. The visual acuity improved in 29 (69%) ofretinal reattachment eyes. The indication and factorsthat affect successfully reattachment were discussed.
