摘　　要：暗视阈值反应（STR）是完全暗适应状态下．很弱刺激光强记录到的潜伏期很长、振幅很小的负相渡。我们检测了18例（24只眼）正常眼．22例（39只眼）视网膜病变和10例（10只眼）视神经病变的STR，观察到16例（24只眼）视网膜病变的STR异常和消失．而10例（10只眼）视神经病变的STR完全正常。结果表明，STR对视网膜病变具有一定的诊断价值。The scotopic threshold response (STR) is a negative potential to low intensity light recorded from the dark - adapted retina. The STR was recorded for' 24 normal eyes (18 cases ), 39 eyes (22 cases ) with retinal diseases and 10 eyes (10 cases) with optic neuropathy, with the results that the STR was significantly reduced or absent in 24 eyes (16 cases ) of retinal diseases,but the STR remained normal for the 10 optic neuropathy. The results suggest that the STR is more usuful in the electroretinographic assessment of retinal diseases.
