弱视治愈后的巩固治疗及临床意义

摘　　要：为了降低弱视的复发率，作者对已治愈的313例535只弱视眼采取了：①保持两眼视力平衡、②建立稳固的注视性质、③加强立体现训练、④进行眼位的矫正、⑤坚持门诊随访等措施，使弱视治愈后的巩固率高达98．69％。In order to decrease the recurrent rate of amblyopia .313 cases (535 eyes) were given the following treatments. after cure. (1)Keeping the balance of eyesights between the two eyes. (2)Setting up the stable fixation quality. (3) Strengthening the drills of stereopsia. (4) Correcting the eye position. (5)Keeping on clinical follow -up, etc. These measures got the consolidated rate of the cure of amblyopia up to 98. 69 %.
