人胰腺癌裸鼠移植瘤浸润和转移方式的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨胰头癌浸润及转移规律，我们用自建的三株人胰头癌裸鼠移植瘤，接种在裸鼠背部、腹腔及爪垫皮下。结果表明：三株移植瘤背部接种均以局部浸润为主，可经淋巴道转移至局部淋巴结（ＰＣＴ－３转移率为３３％；ＰＣＴ－４为４０％；ＰＣＴ－５为３３％），无远处淋巴结和（或）脏器转移；腹腔接种及爪垫接种与背部皮下接种结果相似。肿瘤的生长速度和浸润及转移的能力与肿瘤分化程度有一定关系。In order to investigate the characteristics of invasion and metastasis of the pancreatic head carcinoma,3 nude mice transplanted tumor lines of human pancreatic carcinoma were studied by subcutaneous inoculation of tumor tissues into the back of nude mice,footpad and into peritoneal cavity. All 3 tumor lines had local invasion and relative high frequencies of metastasis to local lymph nodes(PCT-3 33%,PCT-4 40%,PCT-533%),No distantlymph nodes and viscera metastasis was found.The growth rate,ability of invasion and metastasis of the transplanted tumor correlated well with the grade of differentiation of the tumor.
