摘  要:我国于1975年已利用马铃薯茎尖组织培养获得无病种薯.相继在马铃薯主要产区的许多省份内均取得显著的增产就地留种的效应.但获得的无病毒种薯并不是一劳永逸的,因此必须采用综合措施防止无病毒种薯再侵染病毒和其它病原。例如,应用蚜虫飞迁资料控制传播病毒以及将微型薯和小薯种植在防虫温室和防虫网棚内.在种薯检验过程中应利用酶联免疫和往返凝胶电泳跟踪检测,以便在防虫网棚群内采取局部控制,对脱毒小薯进行无性繁系选择.Success has been made to produce sced potatoes free from virus by means of potato stem hp culture in our country in 1975, which were applied in many provinces in succession. Both micro and minitubers are planted in aphid-proof greenhouse. It is to call such sced potatoes as virus free elite. Virus free seed potatoes have been gained once not for all. Therefore, we have to adopt synthesized measures to prevent elite from reinfection by virus and diseases.The measures are: ① using aphid data in virus control and planting both micro and mini tubers in screen or green house and screenshed; @ following the tracks of ELISA and R-page tests in seed potato inspection for clonal selection orminitubers among scrcensheds.
