sIL－2R在肝癌患者血清中的高度表达

摘　　要：本文应用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法检测了正常人和早期、晚期肝癌患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平。结果表明：肝癌患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）．早期肝癌患者治疗前后其ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），从而提示血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ高表达现象可能为肝癌早期诊断、疗效判断及病情转归提供重要的参考价值；同时提供了本地区人血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平正常参考标准。Sandwich ELISA was used to measure serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)in normal donor,patients of early and later hepatoma,The resuits revealed that the serum sIL-2R levels inhepatoma were significantly higher than those observed in normal donor(P<0. 01).The sIL-2R level of theearly hepatoma is very different from before chemotherapy(P< 0.05 ).The results suggested that phe-nomenon of high level of sIL-2R to be express in hepatoma serum might provide significant value for earlystage diagnosis,healing effect of judging and symptom changes in addition to,the serum sIL-2R normal stan-dard of natural beings in Nanchang area.
