摘 要:用竹黄蔑片强化碎单板平行胶合材。采用二次回归正交设计为数学模型,系统地研究热压三要素和浸渍量对碎单板-竹片平行胶合材物理力学性能的非线性影响,进而得出回归方程。结果表明,碎单板/竹片比为2:1~1:1,竹片厚为1.2mm时,最有效地改善板材性能。热压三要素对MOR和MOE影响最显著,压力与密度关系密切。The feasibility of Parallel Strand Lumber(PSL )made of waste veneer reinforedwith bamboo strips was studied.With the regression design of second order,the non-lineareffects of processing parameters used in hot-press and amount of resin soaked up on PSL’sproperties were analyzed systematically,and the regression equations were deduced.The re-sults showed that the bamboo strip played the most effective role in improving mechanicalproperties when the waste veneer strip/bamboo strip was from 2: 1 to 1: 1, thickniss ofbamboo strip was about 1.2mm. The temperature,pressure and during time of hot-presshad the largest influence on PSL’s properties. Lower temperture and longer during time wasfavourable to the increase of MOR and MOE. There was a closest relationship between pres-sure and density.
