摘 要:本文利用自行标记的放射配基^(125)I CYP和^(125)I BE观察常压缺氧对大鼠肺组织β和α_1受体分布的影响,并用计算机图像处理系统半定量研究。正常大鼠肺组织β和α_1受体分布均以肺实质最多。支气管β受体多于肺血管,而肺血管α_1受体多于支气管。放射自显影的半定量结果表明:缺氧时肺内各种组织结构的β和α_1受体都有变化,肺血管β受体在缺氧2、4周时减少,α_1受休在缺氧1天和4周增加。这同我们用放射配基结合法测定的肺匀浆中β和α_1受体的变化是一致的。肺血管上β受体减少,α_1受体增加可加强缺氧性肺血管收缩。气道上的受体变化也会影响其对各种刺激的反应性,这些在缺氧性肺动脉高压的发生、发展中可能起着一定的作用。The rats were kept in normobaric hypoxic chamber(O_2=10%) for 24 hours or 1,2,4 weeks(6 hrs./day, 6 days/wk.). The β and α_1 adrenoceptors in the lung were visualized by autoradiography, The Computer image analysis system was used to quantitate the distribution of adrenoceptors. Both the high density of β and α_1 adrenoceptors were found in the parenchyma. The bronchioles showed a higher density of β receptors than the pulmonary blood vessels; whereas the α_1 receptors in the pulmonary blood vessels were much more than those in the bronchiols. The β receptors in the pulmonary blood vessels and bronchioles both decreased in the 2 and 4 weeks of hypoxia and α_1 receptors increased in 24 hours and 4 weeks of hypoxia. The result was highly consistent with the changes of adrenoceptors observed in the hom0genates of lung. The present study identified that hypoxia could induce a change of adrenoceptors in the pulmonary blood vessels which exacerbated the hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
