摘  要:介绍一种新型常压干燥速率测定装置。检测部分由位移传感器、电压频率转换器、单片机构成。单片机实行温度控制和数据采集。实验测定了感石英砂的干燥曲线,并考察了空气温度、石英砂厚度对干燥速率的影响。结果表明,该装置的灵敏性和数据的重复性均较满意。篈 new type air-drying-rate measuring apparatus has been introduced. The displacement sensor,V/F changer and single-chip microcomputer have been adopted in the sections of detecting u-nit.Temperature control and data collection have been carried out with a microcontroller.The experi-mental drying rate curve of the arenaceous quartz was measured with the apparatus.The influences of the air-temperature and thickness of the sand bed on the drying rate were investigated.It is found that the sensitivity of the measuring apparatus and the repeatability of the experimental data are both satis-factory.
