水稻显性矮秆遗传研究──Ⅰ．关于KL908的矮生性遗传的性质

摘　　要：ＫＬ９０８与６个高秆品种杂交，根据Ｐ１、Ｐ２、Ｆ１、Ｆ２、Ｂ１、Ｂ２和部分Ｆ３世代群体株高变异的分析，证明ＫＬ９０８的矮生性系受１对显性矮秆基因控制。基因的表达爱品种的遗传背景影响，显性效应较弱。ＫＬ９０８的基因型暂定为ＤＫＤＫ，ＤＫ与籼稻半矮秆基因ｓｄ－１非等位。作者论述了培育显性矮生系的潜在育种意义。Based on the analysis of the population variations of plant height in hydrids in cluding F1 , F2 , B1 (backcrossed to dwarf parent), and B2(backerossed to parents) derived from six combinations between KL908 and tall varieties. It was found that the dwarfism of KL908 was controlled by a pair of dominant genes, its expressioncould be affected by different varietal backgrounds. Tentatively the genotype of KL908 was designated as DKDK, thedominant gene, DK, being nonallelle to sd-1, appeared to be week in dominant effect. The potential value of thedominant dwarf lines was disoussed.
