摘  要:灭幼脲对粘虫Mythimnaseparata(WK)六龄幼虫表皮的各类蛋白质、氨基酸,核糖核酸的合成有明显的抑制作用;对水溶性非结合蛋白及弱键结合蛋白的影响高于电子键、共价键结合蛋白;除抑制几丁质合成外,还改变几了-蛋白复合体的结构。氨基酸组分分析发现,灭幼脲大大降低了异亮氨基酸的含量,明显提高甲硫氨酸的含量。六龄幼虫蜕皮初期,DNA和RNA的含量较对照试虫有所提高,但中后期的RNA含量低于对照,在测试的时龄(12~144时龄)范围内,RNA/DNA比值均明显降低。Chitin and protein were the main and the most important parts in cuticles of insects. This peper discussed the effects of diflubenzuron (DFB) on cuticle proteins and chitin in the last-instar larvae of the oriental armyworms, Mytlimua separata Walker. DFB redued the contents of various cuticle proteins, especially water-soluble proteins and weak-bond proteins. A change occurred in cuticle protein quality. DFB inhibited the synthesis of cuticular chitin and protein, and also changed the structure of the complex of chitin-protein. DFB decreased the level of Ile and incresed that of Met remarkably. At the initial molt stage in the 6th instar, the contents of DNA and RNA were increased, but later RNA decreased rapidly and so did the ratio of RNA/DNA.
