小强荧光细胞在大鼠耳神经节的分布特点

摘　　要：用醛诱发荧光法观察了不同年龄组大鼠计２４例耳神经节的小强荧光（ＳＩＦ）细胞，发现９例（３７．５％）耳神经节无ＳＩＦ细胞，１５例（６２．５％）有４～２９２个ＳＩＦ细胞。ＳＩＦ细胞的有无和多少与年龄、侧别、性别无关，但与神经节主细胞数量有关。认为耳神经节ＳＩＦ细胞的分布有其特殊性，细胞的数量可能取决于神经节的发生、发育状况。Distribution of small intensely fluorescent(SIF)cells in 24 otic ganglia of the rats of different age was observed with aldehyde fluorescent method. SIF cell was not found in 9 otic ganglia(37.5%). There were 4￣292 SIF cells in 15 otic ganglia(62. 5%).The quantity of SIF cells showed no relationship with age, side and sex, but it was related to the principal cells in ganglia, It is suggested that the distribution of SIF cells in otic ganglian has its speciality and the quantity of SIF cells may depend upon the origin and de elopment of the ganglia.
