摘 要:本文通过溶酶体的三个特征性酶:酸性磷酸酶(acid phosphatase,AcPase)组织蛋白酶B,β-D-葡萄糖苷酸酶组织化学反应方法,来研究处于不同生精时相的大鼠生精上皮溶酶体的动态变化和功能异质性。结果:AcPase在生精上皮中含量最丰富,高尔基期长形精子细胞层有较多且大的酶反应颗粒,新一代圆形精子细胞和精母细胞层只有较弱的酶反应;头帽期,精母细胞层和曲细精管基部酶反应颗粒明显增多;顶体期精子细胞层只有反应较弱的小颗粒存在,但曲细精管基部出现较大的酶反应颗粒,这种颗粒在顶体期末减少。组织蛋白酶B组化反应较AcPase弱,但有如AcPase相似的动态变化。β-D-葡萄糖苷酸酶阳性颗粒主要存在于睾丸间质中,生精上皮Sertoli细胞有较弱的阳性反应。生精上皮溶酶体三种酶的动态变化及差异反映了生精上皮溶酶体活跃的功能是与生精过程相关的。The localization of three characteristical lysosomal enzymes - acid phosphatase (AcPase) ,cathepsin B,β-glucuronidase were studied in different stages of spermatogenesis in rat. In Golgi phase,AcPase was abundant in the layers of elongated spermatids. The layers of spermatocytes and basal chambers of seminiferous epithelia displayed weak AcPase reaction. During cap phase,enzyme positive particles increased in the layers of spermatocytes and basal chambers of seminiferous epithelia. To acrosome stage,there were marked decrease of enzyme activity in the whole seminiferous epithilia, but some large AcPase positive particles were seen in basal chambers. Cathepin B showed similar characteristic, but the reactive paticles were less than that of AcPase. The activity of β-glucuronidase was the least. These findings suggested that there were different distributive pattern of enzymes in different lysosomes for their different functions.
