胃少见肿瘤──附93例分析

摘　　要：经病理确诊胃少见肿瘤９３例（男５５，女３８）。良性７４例，恶性１９例。良恶性均以上腹胀痛为主，分别为９３％与８４％。其次为出血，分别为３２％与４７％。Ｘ线与胃镜诊断符合率分别为７１％与７２．７％。Ｘ线对粘膜下肿瘤，胃镜对粘膜病变诊断意义大。并对各肿瘤特点进行了讨论。Ninty-three cases(M55,F38) of rare tumors of the stomach that were diagnosed by pathology in our hospital were reported. Seventy four cases were benign, 19 cases were maliglant. 93% of benign and 84% of maliglant tumors had epigastric pain; 32% of benign and 47% of maliglant cases had hemorrage.71.7% and 72.7% of these cases were correctly diagnosed with X-ray and gastroendoscopy respectively.X-ray is very important in diagnosis of submucosal tumors,while gastro-endoscopy is also very important in the diagnosis of mucosal lesions.The characterestics of these tumors were discussed.
