经皮胆囊镜诊治胆囊小息肉病变24例分析

摘　　要：应用经皮胆囊镜检查及治疗胆囊小息肉病变２４例。通过胆囊镜检查可明确息肉性质，同时进行相应的治疗。对２０例定性为非肿瘤性息肉者行经皮胆囊镜息肉摘除术，未发生并发症。具有痛苦小，康复快，近期内临床效果较满意。作者认为胆固醇性息肉为其最佳适应证。４例定性为肿瘤性者，其中腺瘤３例、腺瘤内癌１例均中转胆囊切除术，得到及时的诊断和治疗。The experience of diagnosis and therapy of small polypoid changes of gall bladder by percutaneous choledochoscope in 24 cases was reported.The nontumor polyp in 20 cases were extirpated by percutaneous choledochoscope and haven't any complication,the clinical shortterm effects is satisfactory.Other 4 cases with tumor which consisted of adenoma 3 cases and cancer within adenoma in 1 cases,respectively were diagnosis by percutaneous choledochoscope.The 4 cases were received cholecystectomy.The authors point out cholesterol polyp is chief indication of polypectomy and it is beneficial for diagnosis and therapy in early cancer and precancer change by this technique.
