摘 要:阐述了用于汽油机气缸内横轴涡流测量的稳流试验台的设计研制。经实验证明实验台测试结果合理,具有良好的可比性。以稳流模拟试验台的测试结果为依据,建立了滚流的计算模型,预测精度可满足工程需要。采用7种不同形式的滚流进气道,经平顶燃烧室发屋顶形燃烧室的双重试验,找出了影响滚流强度及流量系数的因素,可为汽油机进气道和燃烧室的设计提供参考。 The development of a steady flow test rig for measuring the in-cylinder tumbling air motion in the gasoline engine is presented in this paper.It is shownthat the results from the rig tests for different types of inlet port are reasonable and in quite good relative comparability. On the basis of the test results from the steadyflow rig, a model for calcolating the tumble ratio as an index of the tumble intengity in the engihe cylinder is proposed.The predicted retults by the model is accurate enough for engineering. Seven types of iulet port were designed and tested both on the normal flat-roof combustion chamber and the pent-roof chamber. Some factors which influence tumble intensity and flow coefficient have been found. It can be available for reference for designing the inlet port and combustion chamber in the gasolineengine.
