摘　　要：本文探讨了用硫酸锆作起皱剂生产云贵路猪皮皱纹革，详细研究了起皱剂的浓度、温度、ｐＨ值及蒙囿剂等因素对起皱的影响，并对固皱剂，皱纹革生产的工艺流程以及鞣制、复鞣和涂饰工艺等展开了讨论。In this paper, Using zirconium sulfate as shrunken grain agent in making of Yun-Gui region pig leather was discussed. The affects of the concentration. the temperature and the PH of Shrunken grain agent and masking agent on shrinking were studied in detail. This paper also opened discussion to the fixing agent for shrinkage, the technological process and the technology of tanning. retanning and finishing etc.
