静脉营养支持对胃癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：伴营养不良的进展期胃癌(AGC)24例,随机分为对照组和静脉营养支持组。治疗组于术前给予静脉营养支持5～7天。治疗前后,分别测定周围静脉血的前白蛋白、转铁蛋白和 NK、LAK 细胞活性。发现经营养支持后,上述指标显著提高(P<0.025～0.001)。提示术前静脉营养支持能改善 AGC 患者的营养状况和免疫功能。Twenty-four malnourshing advanced gastric cancer (AGC)patients were divided into control and pareteral nutrition(PN)groups randomly.Patients of PN group was given 5～7days pareteral nutrition preoperatively. Peripheral venous serum prealbumin(PA),transferrin (TFN)and NK,LAK activities were mesured before and after evaluation.The results showed that PA,TFN and NK,LAK activities were markly increased after PN(P< 0.025～0.001).It demonstrates that preoperative PN can improve the nutritional status and immunological function of AGC patients,and worth of clinical applica- tion.
