摘　　要：本文应用塑性力学的基本理论,对膜片弹簧材料应力应变曲线采取弹塑性线性强化模型,提出一种膜片弹簧强压处理产生的残余应力和残余变形的计算方法与相应的计算程序。Based on the basic theory of plastic mechanics,this paper sets up a linear elastic - plastic model for the stress-strain curve of the material of a diaphragm spring and presents a method and a corresponding computing program for calculating the residual stress and deformation of the diaphragm caused by settling operation.
