摘　　要：利用多项式理论，给出非驻定系统ｘ＝Ａｘ＋Ｆ（ｔ，ｘ）的特征方程具有实部为正的一类充分条件，从而提供了一种判定运动不稳定性的方法。A class of sufficient condition of characteristic equation with positive real pert of nonstationary systemx = ax + F(t,x)is given by means of polynomial theory. Thus a method determining motion nonstationariness is presented.
