摘　　要：采用Ｘ－５树脂柱浓集生物体液中六种除虫菊酯类杀虫剂，用气相色谱－质谱（ＧＣ－ＭＳ）分析检定，用ＧＣ做人尿的定量测定，并用大鼠体内ＬＤ＿（５０）毒性实验，证明体内有原形化合物存在，方法简便、快速，灵敏度高，最低检出限达到１０～５０ｎｇ，ＧＣ定量回收率在７６～９６％之间。-5 resin miniature cartridge was used to concentrate six trace amount of pyrethrins in biological samples.Acetone was selected as eluent.The eluate was analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography -massspectrometry.LD-50 experiments of these insecticides were tested on ratsorally. The recovery of the method is76～96%. The detection limit was 10～50ng/μL. The methed established is rapid, simple and highly sensitive.
