采煤机相似模拟设计方法的研究

摘　　要：介绍模拟试验的基本理论和试验优化步骤。通过在采煤机模型试验系统上的试验优化,确定了切割阻矩的最优回归方程,并对几种国产采煤机的切割阻矩进行了预测和分析。This paper presents the basic theory and the steps of optimization experiment about model test. The optimization regression function of pickmoment has been determined by optimization experiment on the system of shearer model test. The pick-moment of some kinds of drum shearer mane also has been calcnlated and analysed.
