摘  要:采用系列强度的刺激闪光记录20例30只正常眼的暗适应视网膜电图(ERG),应用频谱分析方法,探讨ERGa波的光强-反应函数。结果表明,在约2个对数单位范围,ERGa波为双谷a波,系振荡电位第1子波(OP_1)叠加于a波所致。临床测量双谷a波ERG时,先用频谱分析方法消除OP_1对a的分割,测量单谷a波的峰时和振幅。暗适应ERGa波的光强-反应关系曲线为“S”型,符合Naka-Rushton等式:R/Rmax=I ̄n(I ̄n+K ̄n),其中有三个独立参数:Rmax,K,n。Scotopic a-wave intensity-response functions were studied in 30 normal-eye of 20 subjects. For a middle range of luminances,the a-wave appeared in a double-trough shape: the a1-wave and the a2-wave. The presence of the double-trough a-wave is due to the first oscillatory potential(OP1)which overrides on the a-wave and splits the a-wave into the double-trough a-wave. The double-trough a-wave became the single-trough a-wave when the OP1 was removed from the double-trough a-wave by frequence-domam analysis. The intensity-response function of the a-wave of the dark adapted electroretinogram accords with the Naka-Rushton equation: R/Rmax=I ̄n/(I ̄n+K ̄n), which has three independent parameters:the maximum response(Rmax),Slope(n)and half saturation constant(K).
