急性胰腺炎大鼠血浆内皮素的变化及意义

摘　　要：应用牛磺胆酸钠溶液注入大鼠胆胰管内，诱发大鼠急性胰腺炎（ＡＰ）。术后１．６、１２ｈ分别检测血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、胰组织血流量（ＰＢＦ）及灌注量（ＰＴＰ）、胰组织丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和钙离子（Ｃａ６＾２＋）的变化，并探讨ＥＴ与其它指标的相关性。结果显示：与假手术组相比，ＡＰ大鼠术后随时间延长，ＥＴ、ＭＤＡ和Ｃａ＾２＋含量则递增，ＰＢＦ、ＰＴＰ呈递减。ＥＴ与ＰＢＦ、ＰＴＰ呈负相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）、与ＭＤＡ、Acute pancreatitis(AP)model in rats was made by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the bile-pancreatic duct. The contents of endothelin(ET)in plasma, malondialdehyde(MDA)and Ca2+ in pancreatic tissue were determined,pancreatic blood flow(PBF)and pancreatic tissue perfusion(PTP)were also measured at1,6, 12 hours after operation. The rats were divided into 2 groups: control group and AP group. Results showd that the value of plasma ET, pancreatic tissue MDA and Ca2+ were significantly increased,PBF and PTP were significantly decreased in the AP group compared to those in the control group. Using the correlation and regression analysis,positive correlation between ET and MDA or Ca2+ and negative correlation between ET and PBF or PTP were found. These results suggest that ET could play a pathophysiologic role in rats with AP, and the possible mechanism might be related to free radical reaction,Ca2+ overload and pancreatic ischemia.
