摘  要:为进一步改善灯盏花对牙周组织的改建,在灯盏花中加入威灵仙等副方制成复方。选用家兔35只,在其下颌切牙装置矫正器,分成4组,各组分别在牙龈深部注射单方、副方、复方及生理盐水。结果表明,在第14d时复方组兔牙移动距离较其它3组大(P<0.01或0.05);组织切片显示复方组兔牙周组织在张力侧及压力侧具有十分典型的修复及吸收相:X线显示复方组兔牙牙周压力侧硬骨板密度降低,而其它组表现不明显。初步药理机制分析表明,复方灯盏花加速牙周组织改建与其形成正畸性炎症、增加牙周微血管通透性、促进牙周原始细胞分化等功能有关。The Purpose of this study was to promote the effect of Erigeron Breviscapus(EB,a Chinese medicinal herb)on reconstructing periodontal tissues. Some additive herbs(Ad),mainly including Salia miltiorrhige Clematis and Drynaria,were added into EB to formulate a complex prescription: Erigeron-Brev-iscapus Compound(EBC).Thirty-five young rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups.Three groups separately received submucosal injections of EBC,EB and Ad. while the remaining group accepted injections of 0.9%Nacl as a control. Orthodontic force was applied to the mandibular central incisors of all animals by means of standard coil spring. The results showed that the administration of EBC increased the rate of tooth movement more significantly than that of other 3 groups over the 14 -day experimental period. EBC-injected animals also demonstrated histological evidence of larger amounts of bone resorption on the pressure side and larger amounts of bone deposition on the tension side. The lower density front of the alveolar bone could be found in x-ray on the pressure side of the EBC group. This study suggested that injection of EBC could play an important role in accelerating efficiently the orthodontic tooth movement.
