精神发育迟滞司法精神鉴定的现状

摘　　要：1994年7月3日～6日在山东省烟台市举行了第四次全国司法精神病学术讨论会,讨论的主题是精神发育迟滞及性变态的司法精神鉴定,以及急性醉酒的司法精神鉴定。现归纳大会资料报道有关精神发育迟滞(Mental Retardation,MR)司法精神鉴定的现状。大会共收到有关MR的资料75篇,参加会议交流的有45篇。A conference on Forensic Evaluation in Mental Retardation was held in Yandai, at July 1994. The participants discussed the principles of the forensic evaluation about the criminal offence in patients with mental retardation. The author reported the conclusion of the conference, and gave some comments.
