摘　　要：目的 探讨罗拉西泮对社交恐怖症的疗效。方法 按双盲自身对照方式用罗拉西泮与安慰剂治疗社交恐怖症18例。用序贯方法进行检验。结果 当试验进行到第10例时,显示试验药与安慰剂有明显差异。结论 罗拉西泮对社交恐怖症的疗效较为明显。Object The efficacy of lorazepam in the treatment of social phobia was studied. Methods 18 cases of social phobia were treated with lorazepam and placebo according to double-blind and cross-over principle. The trial was carried out by means of sequential analysis. Results After the experiment of th 1.0th case, significant differences were shown in the scores assessed between lorazepam and placebo evaluated by the sequential statistical analysis method. Conclusion Lorazepam has prominent therapeutic effect on social phobia.
