摘 要:作者对上海市接触燃煤及燃煤气两组家庭妇女尿中1-羟基芘进行了检测。结果表明,接触燃煤污染物家庭妇女尿中1-羟基芘的含量显著高于燃煤气组(P<0.001),使用煤制品作燃料造成的室内多环芳烃污染大于燃煤气组,并提示,尿中1-羟基芘含量可以作为评价接触空气中多环芳烃污染水平的有效指标。In this paper,the 1-hydroxypyrene in urine,which is a metabolic product of PAH prcducts from fuel combustion, was used as an index for monitoring the exposure degree of subjects inhaling fuel combustion pollutants.Two groups of women were selected for examination.The first group was recognized as exposed to indoor coal combustion pollutants and the second group was recognized as exposed to indoor gas combustion pollutants. The results showed that the urine 1-hydroxypyrene level in the first group was markedly higher than that In the Second(P<0.01).The difference between these two groups was caused by the coal combustion pollution having higher PAH components than the PAH from gas combustion. These results demonstrated that urine 1-hydroxypyrene is a valuable sensitive index for monitoring PAH exposure degree resulting from the combustion of various fuels.
