摘  要:通过配制不同碳氮比的培养料,于不同时期测定培养料与子实体中碳氮营养成分含量的变化,以探明碳氮比例的高低与蘑菇产量质量的关系。结果表明,双孢蘑菇培养料堆制发酵前的碳氢比为33~35∶1、菌丝生长阶段堆肥的碳氮比为17~18∶1、子实体形成期碳氮比为14∶1时,蘑菇利用养分的效率最高,质量也最佳。This paper reports our study on nutrient transformation in composts with different C/N ratios during outdoor fermentation and fructification and on the effects of different C/N ratios in composts on the nutrient transformation in composts and the yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus. The results show that the optimal C/N ratio in compost is 33:1 before fermentation, 18: 1 during mycelial growth and 14: 1 during fructification. This is the main condition for getting excellent yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus. During mycelial growth, the mycelia utilized hemicellulose first, cellulose secondly, and a small amount of lignin only.
