摘  要:多效唑能延缓作物植株伸长,培育矮壮苗,或控制旺长。经扫描电镜观察,多效唑导致植株茎秆矮化和叶片变小,主要是由于细胞变短,而不是多效唑抑制细胞分裂而引起细胞数量的减少。多效唑能使叶片增厚,茎秆和根系增粗,主要是由于多效唑促进细胞分裂,使细胞排列层次增多,而不是细胞体积的增大。使用多效唑后,在相同叶面积内,叶片表皮保卫细胞会明显增多。PP333 can be used to delay crop's plant height growth,breed short and strong sprout,or control vigorous growth.Observations under scanning electron microscope show that the use of PP333 can result in shortening of plant stems and diminution of leaf size mainly due to shortening of cells and not due to reduction of cell number after restraint of cell division.PP333 has effects of increasing thickness of leaves,stems and root system mainly through promoting cell division and increasing cell layers in which cells are more tightly and closely arranged and not through enlarging cell size.After using PP333,on same leaf area basis,the number of guard cells in the leaf epidermis increases significantly.
