摘　　要：对大鼠、豚鼠、兔、猫、犬、猴、猪的舌表面结构进行的扫描电镜的观察结果提示：猪舌质显露明显，舌表面乳头结构与人舌相似，研制病理舌象模型时当属首选；兔舌结构接近于人舌，但舌表面结构角质化较明显，舌质显露不够理想，但因其来源方便、价格不高，也可用于舌象研究。The lingual superficial structure of dog, feat, rhesus monkey, pig, rabbit, ratand guinea-pig was studied by scanning electronmicroscope. The tongue proper ofpigs reveals clearly and its lingual papillae structure on the surface is very similarto that of human being. Therefore, pigs can be selected as an ideal pathological model.The lingual structure of rabbit also resembles that of human being, but the superficial keratosis of the tongue is very apparent and the revelation of the tongueproper is not satisfactory. However, because of its availability and low price, rabbit can also be selected as the model for tongue feature study.
