摘 要:作者应用微量法(Ladish法)对正常及肝癌大鼠肝、心、肺、肾、脾等组织的鞘糖脂图谱及脂结合唾液酸含量进行比较分析。肝癌大鼠上述各组织中,脂结合唾液酸含量大幅升高,单唾液神经节苷脂减少(GM_8减少,GM_2与GM_1稍有增多),而多唾液酸神经节苷脂(GD_8,GD_(1a))相对增多;中性鞘糖脂也有明显变化。研究结果表明,大鼠肝细胞癌变伴有肝外其他组织中鞘糖脂代谢的改变。Using Ladisch's method, we analysed glycosphingolipids patterns in several tissues of rats with and without hepatoma, including livers, hearts, kidneys, and spleens. In all above tissues of rats with hepatoma, monosialo-gangliosides GM3 was decreased while GM2, GM1 and disialo-ganliosides GD8, GDIa increased, leading to more gangliosides containing two or more sialic acids and elevated contents of lipid-binding sialic acid; Meanwhile, neutral glycosphingolipids also showed some obvious alteration. It was suggested that glycosphingolipids metabolism in liver as well as other tissues changs with liver oncogenesis.
