超声波检查应用于唾液腺肿瘤的诊断

摘　　要：对８１例唾液腺病变的超声波检查，均经手术和病理证实，其中良性肿瘤５３例，恶性肿瘤１０例，炎症性病变１８例。术前超声检查的检出率为１００％。术前对良恶性判断的符合率为７５．３１％（６１／８１）。超声检查是唾液腺病变影象诊断的首选方法。虽然超声检查对病变良恶性的鉴别有一定的限度，但根据病变的边界、形态、包膜及后方有无衰减等对良恶性的判断可有一定参考价值。We report here sonographio examination in 81 cases with salivary gland diseases. The presence of disease in all cases were confimed by snrgery and histologic examination. of these,53 were benign and 10 were malignant tnmoars, 18 were inflammatory diseases.The sensitivity of ultrasound in the deteetion of salivary gland diseases was 100%.The benign or malignant hature of the leaions was correctly assessed in 75.3%(61/81).Ultrasound is a useful peocedure may be of first choice in imaging tests for the diagnosis of salivary glands diseases. helpful to clinical management, based on the ultrasound appearance of the lesions, including the margins, shape capsule and the posterior acoustic shadowing.
