摘　　要：全氟丙烷（Ｃ＿３Ｆ＿８）是一种对机体无毒、可在眼内膨胀并维持较长时间的气体。Ｃ＿３Ｆ＿８经常被用来治疗复杂的视网膜脱离。作者将高纯度的国产Ｃ＿３Ｆ＿８注入兔眼内进行观察。在玻璃体内注入０．２ｍｌＣ＿３Ｆ＿８后，眼压短暂性地升高，但很快下降，一小时后完全恢复正常。气体膨胀在注气后７２小时达到高峰，膨胀３．５倍。气泡大约在３５天后被完全吸收。注气后在一些兔眼出现轻微的晶体混浊，但气泡吸收后混浊消退。erfluoropropane(C_3F_8) is a non-toxic gas anl can expand intraocularly for along time.C_3F_8 is often used in complicated retinal detachment surgery. We make thelab observation by means of injecting high-pure C_3F_8 into vitreons cavity of rabbit. With 0. 2 ml C_3F_8 injected into rabbit-eye the intraocular pressure can rise for a shorttime,then go down to normal in an hour.Maximum expansion of C_3F_8 is obtained in 72hours and the bubble is found to expand to 350%of its original volume.C_3F_8 bubblecan be absorbed completely at 35 days.In some cases a mild cataract could be seenafter injecting C_3F_8,however the cataract disappeared when bubble is absorbed.
