摘　　要：本文论述了国有大中型企业存在的主要问题和困难，分析了产生这些问题和困难的主要原因，并进一步分析了当前国有大中型企业生存与发展的环境因素，在此基础上，提出了国有大中型企业持续发展的对策措施。Abstract The paper elaborates the main problems and difficulties of large and medium - sizedstate - owned enterprises, analyses the major reasons causing these problems and difficultiesand the surroundings of the enterprises' existance and development. On this base, the paper supplies some countermeasures for the sustained development of the state enterprises.
