胃癌和非癌病变rasP^（21）表达的定量研究

摘　　要：应用流式细胞术对胃癌和胃粘膜的非癌病变组织细胞ｒａｓ癌基因蛋白产物Ｐ￣（２１）表达进行了定量研究，并探讨了ｒａｓＰ￣（２１）表达与ＤＮＡ倍体与增殖指数的关系。结果表明，胃癌Ｐ￣（２１）表达量明显高于非癌病变组织的表达量。胃粘膜非癌病变组织中，胃癌前病变组织Ｐ￣（２１）表达量明显高于慢性萎缩性胃炎组织的表达量，并发现Ｐ￣（２１）蛋白的表达量与胃癌和癌前病变组织学分级、ＤＮＡ倍体、增殖指数密切相关。The ras P￣(21) expression in non-can-cer lesion and carcinomas of the stomach wasquantitativaly studied by flow cytometry,andrelation of ras P￣(21) expression to DNA ploid andcellular proliferation index were inquired.Theresults showed that ras P￣(21) expression washigher in carcinomas than in non-cancer lesionone’s of thee stomach.In non-cancer lesions,ras P￣(21) expression in precancer lesion washigher than in chronic atrophic gastritis,andthe raiser of fluorescence index in ras P￣(21) ex-pression was found with raiser of histologicalgrade. DNA ploid was associated with ras P￣(21)expression.
