摘 要:详细计算不同含氮量天然气转化后的合成气组成,推导弛放气组成与弛放率α的数学关系,并给出实例;推导循环比β与投资α、转化率γ和氮气含量间数学关系式并进行讨论。在此基础上推导出天然气中含氮量对装置投资影响的数学关系。讨论天然气含氮量对甲醇生产能耗的影响。最后阐述高含氮天然气生产甲醇采用联醇法的优点。wing to the low once through conversion of methanolsynthesis the main unreacted syngas needs to be recycledinto the synthesis reactor.If the raw material natural gascontains nitrogen.the inerl gas in the recyctling gas mustbe accumulated and the economical efficiency andoperating conditions of methanol synthesis would beoffected.This paper dealt with the syngas compositionsobtained from natural gas of various nitrogen contents.The methematic model of composition of the release gas inrelation to the releasing ratio. the methematic expressionof recycle retio.releasing ratio,conversion and thenitrogen content:and the methematic relation between theinvestment of methanol plant and the nitrogen contentwere derived.The eftect of nitrogen content on the energyconsumption of methanol synthesis was also disicussed.Finally the advantages of methanol-ammonia integrationtechnology with high nitrogen content natural gas were illustrated.
