流式细胞术定量分析胃癌细胞DNA含量的研究

摘　　要：本文应用流式细胞术对胃癌细胞的DNA含量进行了分析。并结合胃癌组织学分级、类型进行了相关分析。结果表明,DNA含量与组织学分级、类型具有相关性,随组织学分级增高,DNA含量亦增高。还发现在同一肿瘤不同区的肿瘤细胞DNA含量是类似的,由此证明定量分析胃癌细胞DNA含量,可作为估价胃癌的恶性度和预后的一个客观指标。Using flow cytometry the DNA content of gastric cancer cells Were analysed . The results indicated that DNA content were related to the histolocgic grading of gastric cancer. The DNA content of gastric cancer cells incre.sed with histologic grading. It was found that DNA content of tumor cells from different areas in the same tumor was similar. This results shown that DNA content of quantitative analysis on gastric cancer cells was a objective index for evaluating its degree of malignancy and prognosis.
