摘　　要：本文归纳了５０２例原发性肝癌８２０人次动脉性门脉造影的影像资料，分析了门脉高压、门脉侵蚀、门脉瘤栓等影像特征，肯定了动脉性门脉造影在肝癌造影诊断和介入治疗中的价值。digital indirect portograpby of 502 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma weregathered in this article.The imaging features of portal hypertension,portal invasion and portal vein thrombo-sis were analyzed in detail.Finally,the value of portography in diagnosis and embolization of hepatocellularcarcinoma was confirmed.
