摘　　要：笔者对１６例骨及软组织恶性肿瘤行介入化疗，一例加靶血管栓塞。所有病例经病理证实，１５例行手术治疗并经病理检查，显示肿瘤坏死、液化、纤维化，极少数肿瘤细胞消失。我们认为血管造影对区别良恶性肿瘤很有用；动脉内灌注效果好。讨论了栓塞物质、技术、副作用的预防。cases of malignant bone and soft tisse tumors were treated with interventional thera-py.In all cases were confirmed by pathology.Transarterial infusion chemotherapy was performed for all pa-tients and additional terget vessles of the tumor embolization in one. 15 patients underwent operation and forpathological examination. All tumors were shown necrosis,liquefaction, fibrize to various extent, tumor cellsdisappear in a few cases. We consider that angiography is useful in the defferential diagnosis of malignant tu-mor from benign ones and TAI is effective.The embolizing material and technique and prevention of effect ofinterventional treatment were introduced.
