关节软骨瘤病临床X线分析（附48例报告）

摘　　要：本文报告４８例关节软骨瘤病。本病是关节滑膜化生而形成的良性类肿瘤样病变。临床以中年男性多见，有关节肿痛，触及骨性肿块，活动受限等表现。通过观察游离体的形态、大小、内部结构及位置，我们认为关节内多发性圆形、卵圆形，有浓密边缘的游离体是本病的典型Ｘ线表现。This paper reported 48 cases of the articular chondromatosis.It was a lesion of bening phy-matoid in metaplasia and forming from the synovial membrance of the joint.Clinlcally,it was more common in the middle-aged males. Their symptoms manifested as articular swelling and pain,palpable bodymass and restricted movement.etc. Through Observation on sizes, shapes,internal structure and position of free body,we consider that multiple free body of circular,ovoid, with dense sclerotic margines in the joint are typical X-ray manifestations in this disease.
