摘　　要：为了配合前列腺根治术保护阴茎海绵体的神经支配减少术后性功能障碍并发症出现的需要,作者在18具成人男性盆腔标本上观察了前列腺丛和阴茎海绵体丛的形态、位置、与血管的关系,并作了定位调查,为临床应用提供解剖学依据。The protection of the innervationof corpora cavernosa during radicalprostatectomy is closely linked withthe reduction of impotence after theoperation.In this paper,the authorsobserved the shape and location of thelateral pelvic fascia and prostate cap-sule of the plexus prostaticus andplexus corporis cavernosi penis as wellas the relationship of them to theblood vessels on 18 adult male cada-vers,and provided morphological gui-delines for the operation.
